10.15 - 11.25 a.m.  Hatha Yoga

11.30 - 11.55 a.m.  Meditation and Relaxation

12 noon - 1 p.m.     Chair Yoga for the less able

Classes are payable in advance at the beginning of each month at £5 per session for the Hatha Yoga and the Chair Yoga, and £3 for the Meditation.

People can come along to try out a class on a drop in basis at the same rate.
